Not always successfully, but there were scenes in Brosnan's films which seemed Daltonesque and those more suited to Roger Moore. I think Brosnan's best work in the role was when he had Dalton's darkness.
I agree with Spanner. Brosnans greatest success was being able to combine the elements of all the previous Bond actors into one cohesive whole whilst still stamping his signature on the part.
Just as with Lazenby, I wish Dalton had been able to do at least one more...what could have been...
