Your Favourite 007 Theme

I was wondering what your favourite 007 theme was. I do not mean the James Bond theme for those of you who do not know what this is, but the recurring theme which is in From Russia With Love, Thunderball, You Only Live Twice, Diamonds Are Forever and Moonraker respectivley. Which is your favourite, and why? You can also put other views about the songs.

There has been numerous threads on this, but its in the grave right now months ago.

For me, my favorite theme is Nobody Does It Better by Carly Simon for The Spy Who Loved Me.

Thank you, that piece of information is very good, but I meant the 007 theme, which for instance, is in the Little Nellie sequence and in the Thunderball underwater fight. In the Moonraker chase down the river and at the Diamonds Are Forever Oil Rig.

Oh alright, should have been more specific. Either way my favorite version of it would have to be in The Man With The Golden Gun, it was very japanese like and just great all around.

Well for theme music, the Bond theme and the OHMSS theme, for movie songs probably GF, MR, DAD, Mr. Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, etc., stuff like that.

I like OP's instrumental a lot. It's actually hard to think of any Bond music that I don't like. There's so much of it I like that I can't even think of it all to list.

OK, there's a James Bond theme, which we all know, with the familiar guitar part, but then there's the '007 Theme,' which was done by John Barry, and introduced in FRWL. It's got a very stacatto rhythm section, and a melodic horns section. Check out the movies and sequences that Blofeld mentioned in his second post.

Ah, well that makes all the difference.

My favourite version of the '007' theme, is in 'Diamonds Are Forever', which accompanies the battle at the oil rig. All versions of the 007 theme have been good, even the version used in Moonraker.

Do you mean the normal everyday Bon theme (Dr. No main theme) that goes DA DA DA- DA DA DA-DADADADADA.

Or

The one played in those 5 films (the Moonraker Boat chase) that goes DA DAAAAA DA DA DA DA DAAAAAAAAAAAA DA DA DA DAAAAAAA DA DA DA DAAAAAAA??

I'm confused.
