Well, it is the director's cut, and I feel that if I saw it in the theater, I'd be able to finally sit through the entire movie instead of turning it off after like the first half hour. Plus, people paid to see Star Wars again in the theater.

There is nothing like seeing a movie in a theater. Its the best way to enjoy full entertainment of a movie. And there is nothing like seeing Alien in the theatre, you'll really see the terror in the film and what makes it one of the best sci-fi films of all time.
Alien was released in 1979 and seeing how still good it is now in 2003 is very amazing. That movie looks like it was made in the 90's. They went to the extreme with that film and it worth the price of admission and more. Aliens was also a great sequel. They are both achievements in cinema history. Alien is all about bulding the suspense, not showing you too much of the Alien for you to anticipate whats coming next. Aliens was all about developing the characters well for the audience to care for when they would die and was more action packed too. The quadrilogy is coming out soon, if im not mistaken it will be released in December. I'll be there buying it.

Well, $49.99 is actually quite reasonable for 9 discs.

Yeah its a good price. There are four films and prices for dvds are usually $19.99 which would end up being about $80.00 for four films. You are saving some $30 dollars, it is a really good price.

Lord Of The Rings: Return Of The King in five days has made $246.1 million worldwide, more than Two Towers and Fellowship. It also broke other records such as the biggest wednesday debut in December etc. It deserves it. My favorite of the entire trilogy. LOrd Of The Rings got better with each installment, something rare that hardly happens with trilogies.
