It is similar to the Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon Theory, only this time, it's four degrees, and involves connecting movie actors and actresses through James Bond movies. Here is Perm's post on how he describes it:
OK, this is mainly to test out a theory that I have. I've been talking to some of my friends, and I'm convinced that any actor can be connected to an actor in a Bond movie in four steps or less (a la Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon). Basically, post an actor, and I'll try to connect them. And if someone comes up with a shorter route than me, or comes up with one quicker, feel free to post it.
So far, the theory works, as I've been able to connect Bella Lugosi in 3 steps and Boris Karloff in 2 steps, as well as Eminem in 2 steps (one step if we include unofficials).
