An international drug lord, Sanchez uses TV envangelism to sell heroin. After his escape from jail, he has Felix Leiter maimed, angering Bond and triggering his personal vendetta against him. In spite of his illegal business, Sanchez is very trusting and even allows Bond into his organization.

Sanchez feeds Bond’s CIA friend Felix Leiter to a shark at his marine factory for revenge of his arrest in Key West. Although Leiter survives, he loses a leg in the attack, and a note left for Bond to find said that Leiter “disagreed with something that ate him.”

Sanchez stores cocaine in drawers containing this fish food. Bond is caught by a security guard arms deep in a drawer while investigating, and throws a handful of maggots at the guard to subdue him. He then tosses the guards body in with the maggots, saying “bon appetite.”

As another security guard attempts to locate Bond at the Krest facility, Bond pulls him from a catwalk directly into a tank of electric eels. Shocking!
